This water recycling system of the next generation has an excellent reycling water quality. Pollutants are effectively degraded in a bioreactor. A continuous circulation and ventilation of process water prevents unpleasant odours. Solids in recycling water are continuously discharged. There is no need for a back flush. So the capacity of the water recycling system is continuously available. Christ BIOCLEAR also disposes of the general building approval by Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt Berlin).
Features
Salt content is measured continuously in order to avoid staining. If necessary, fresh water is added automatically. The bioreactor can also process waste water containing mineral oils. The modern PLC control of the next generation offers a web based system management and monitoring. BIOCLEAR can be integrated in C-IS, so full remote functions are available. Finally, the housing in attractive design enables the installation directly into the wash bay to actively promote the water recycling system technology to the customer.
